JOE GLOBAL NAUTICAL CATERING LTD is a privately owned Nigerian company, approved by NIMASA and incorporated in 2019 (RC 1614104). We are established as a full Maritime Training Institute specializing in the training of:
Marine Cooks/Stewards
Ship’s Cook Certificate of Competence (COC) – Part 1, 2 & 3
Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Galley Hygiene
HACCP Training and Certification
Our training programs serve offshore and onshore catering personnel such as stewards, utility workers, and food handlers working in eateries, restaurants, hotels, and for individuals who intend to take a course on Food Safety.

I have consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, a forward-thinking approach, and a dedication to the well-being of the Marine Cooks and Food Handlers in general and stakeholders.
I have achieved remarkable milestones in training and certification of Cooks/Stewards and Food Handlers generally.
My leadership phylosophy is characterized by a passion for innovation, a deep sense of responsibility, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. This dedication to success is not only evident in my professional achievements but also in my commitment to giving quality trainings and knowledge and information to Catering personnels.
I am proud to say I am a product of South Thyneside College, United Kingdom (UK) with working experience from NLNG, Shell Petroleum Corporation just to mention few.
